Refund and Return Policy

Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned  for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. To initiate the return, the customer must email the request for a return label to:   Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment. Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
